Sonder: Wo Jiu Bu Shi NPC

In a world where every person's fate has already been written, a group of women discovers a shocking truth: they are merely NPCs (non-player characters) whose lives exist to support someone else's story. Their personalities, relationships, and destinies have been predetermined, leaving them with little control over their futures. But what happens when background characters refuse to remain in the background? Unwilling to accept their assigned roles, these women begin challenging the rules governing their world. As they confront the limitations imposed upon them, they discover the possibility of rewriting their own stories. Told through four distinct narrative units, Sonder: Wo Jiu Bu Shi NPC explores identity, independence, friendship, and the courage to challenge expectations. This short drama is produced and supervised by actress Zhao Lusi under her production company.
