Lee Soo Kyung

Lee Soo Kyung is a South Korean actress born in Seoul, South Korea. She began her acting career in 2012 with the independent film In the Summer, gradually building a reputation as one of the most promising young actresses in Korean cinema. Her natural acting ability and strong screen presence quickly attracted attention from critics and filmmakers alike.

Her breakthrough came through a series of acclaimed film performances, including Yong Soon and Heart Blackened. For her leading role in Yong Soon, she received the Best New Actress award at the 18th Women in Korean Films Awards, while her performance in Heart Blackened earned her the Best Supporting Actress award in the film category at the 54th Baeksang Arts Awards.

Following her success in film, Lee successfully expanded into television with notable roles in dramas such as Law School, Adamas, Call It Love, My Lovely Boxer, and Law and The City. Known for portraying emotionally complex and relatable characters, she has continued to establish herself as one of the most respected actresses of her generation.

Lee Soo Kyung was previously represented by GilStory Entertainment, the agency founded by actor Kim Nam Gil. In June 2023, she signed with Varo Entertainment, where she continues to pursue both film and television projects.
