Ruka (루카) is a Japanese artist signed under YG Entertainment and a member of the K-pop girl group BABYMONSTER, which debuted in 2024.

Background

She is known for her skills in both rapping and dancing, gaining recognition worldwide through her activities with BABYMONSTER. Before joining YG Entertainment as a trainee, Ruka was active in Japan as an idol. She debuted on March 26, 2017, as one of the original members of the Japanese idol group Shibu3 Project, performing in the group’s Blue Class. She later left the group in 2018 to pursue new opportunities. On February 5, 2023, Ruka was introduced as the seventh and final member of BABYMONSTER.
