Ruka

Ruka was born in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, where she began developing an early interest in dance and performance.

Her family consists of her parents, and she has occasionally mentioned their support throughout her training journey.

Ruka was the last BABYMONSTER member to be officially revealed, with her introduction video released on February 9, 2023, shortly after the lineup announcement.

She is recognized as one of the first Japanese female idols to debut under YG Entertainment, alongside fellow member Asa.
