Hong Hwa Yeon

Hong Hwa Yeon is a South Korean actress born on March 20, 1998. She studied Educational Technology at Konkuk University, where she initially considered a career in education before deciding to pursue acting. During her university years, she successfully auditioned for BH Entertainment and began training as an actress.

Before entering the acting industry, Hong worked as a model and appeared in advertising campaigns. She officially debuted as an actress in 2022 with the sports drama Mental Coach Jegal and quickly followed with roles in web dramas and television series. Her early performances in Mental Coach Jegal and True to Love helped establish her as one of the industry's promising newcomers.

Hong's breakthrough came in 2025 when she landed her first major leading role as Yeo Eun Nam in the SBS drama Buried Hearts.
