ILLIT (아일릿) is a South Korean girl group under BELIFT LAB consisting of Yunah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee, and Iroha. The group was formed through JTBC's survival show R U Next? in 2023, a competition created to select the next girl group under HYBE Labels and BELIFT LAB. After months of performances, evaluations, and fan voting, the final lineup was announced during the live finale, bringing together trainees from South Korea and Japan with diverse strengths in vocals, dance, and performance.
The group officially debuted on March 25, 2024, with their first mini album SUPER REAL ME and its breakout title track Magnetic. The song quickly became a global hit, topping charts, setting streaming records, and helping ILLIT become one of the most successful rookie groups of their generation. Known for their youthful charm, dreamy aesthetics, and relatable "real me" concept, ILLIT has rapidly built a dedicated international fanbase while establishing themselves as one of the leading girl groups of fifth-generation K-pop.
