MEOVV Returns With 'BITE NOW' EP and Title Track 'DDI RO RI'

MEOVV is back with new music.

On June 1, the five-member girl group released their second EP, BITE NOW, marking their first album comeback in over a year and their first major release since the digital single "BURNING UP" in October 2025. The new project arrives just over a year after the group's successful first EP, MY EYES OPEN VVIDE, which featured the hit songs "HANDS UP" and "DROP TOP."

To celebrate the release, MEOVV held a media showcase at the Cube Convention Center in Sangam, Seoul, where the members shared their excitement about finally unveiling the album.

Gawon revealed that the group spent a long time preparing for the EP and hopes it allows fans to see a new side of MEOVV.

"Because it's an EP, we've been preparing for it for a long time. I think it's an album that shows our identity well. More than anything, I'm excited."

The new album features five tracks:

  1. Hit 'Em
  2. DDI RO RI (Title Track)
  3. In My Hands
  4. Favorite Song
  5. Revenge

According to the members, one of the album's biggest strengths is its musical diversity.

Narin explained that each song offers a completely different vibe, making the EP an enjoyable listen from start to finish.

"All five songs are different, so I think listeners will have fun listening to the album."

Sooin echoed that sentiment, revealing that the group approached every track with the same level of care and attention as a title song.

"We prepared every song as if it were the title track."

Ella also expressed her hopes for the release, saying she wants fans to enjoy every song on the album rather than focusing only on the title track.

BITE NOW represents the next chapter in MEOVV's rapidly growing career. Since debuting in 2024, the group has earned multiple music show wins, landed major global brand partnerships, and built an international fanbase through releases such as "MEOW," "TOXIC," "HANDS UP," "DROP TOP," and "BURNING UP."

Ahead of the comeback, The Black Label released a series of mood films and teaser content that showcased the album's darker and more intense concept. The album is available in multiple physical versions, including BEAST, ANGEL, and member-specific editions.

With the energetic title track "DDI RO RI" leading the way, fans are eager to see what new records and achievements MEOVV can add to their growing list of accomplishments during the BITE NOW era.
