Background
Born as Roseanne Park on February 11, 1997, in Auckland, New Zealand, Rosé spent her early childhood there before moving with her family to Melbourne, Australia, when she was seven years old. Growing up in a musical household, she developed a love for singing at a young age, performing in church choirs and teaching herself how to play guitar and piano. While attending Canterbury Girls' Secondary College in Melbourne, she became known among friends and family for constantly singing — a habit that would eventually change her life.
