Background
Han Dong Min, better known by his stage name Taesan, was born on August 10, 2004, in South Korea. Before debuting, he spent approximately five to six years training under Source Music, making him the longest-trained member of BOYNEXTDOOR. During those years, he developed not only his performance skills but also a deep interest in music production, songwriting, and creative expression.
In 2023, Taesan debuted as a member of BOYNEXTDOOR under KOZ Entertainment. Known for his thoughtful personality, artistic mindset, and musical creativity, he quickly became one of the group's most distinctive members. Beyond performing, he has shown a strong interest in producing music and creating beats, giving fans a glimpse of his ambitions as both an idol and a musician.
Why Fans Love Taesan
Fans love Taesan because he feels like the group's quiet creative genius. While he may not always be the loudest member in the room, his thoughtful perspective, artistic interests, and unique sense of humor consistently stand out. Many fans appreciate how he approaches music, books, and life with genuine curiosity rather than simply following trends.
His combination of intelligence, creativity, and dry humor also makes him incredibly endearing. Whether he's talking about philosophy, reading novels, making music late at night, or avoiding too much media to protect his imagination, Taesan often feels like the member who sees the world a little differently. That authenticity has helped him build a strong connection with fans.
