Discover Q's profile, age, birthday, height, blood type, MBTI, nationality, career journey, and fun facts. Learn more about THE BOYZ's main dancer, his scouting story, friendships, hobbies, and why members always mention his famous long neck.
Q, born Ji Chang Min on November 5, 1998, grew up in Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, South Korea. From a young age, he developed a passion for dancing and spent years training at a local dance academy. Rather than attending a large-scale audition, his journey into K-pop began when he was scouted directly through one of his academy performances, turning an ordinary dance class into the opportunity that changed his life.
Q became the very first trainee recruited by Cre.ker Entertainment, joining the company before any of the future members of THE BOYZ. Since debuting in 2017, he has established himself as one of the group's standout performers. His precision, expressive dancing, and energetic stage presence have earned him recognition as one of the strongest dancers in THE BOYZ and among fourth-generation K-pop performers.
Fan-made pieces inspired by drama nights, bias feelings, and soft delulu moods.
Q's personality is just as memorable as his performances. While he transforms into an intense performer on stage, off stage he's playful, energetic, and full of unexpected interests. Fans love that someone who enjoys horror movies can also happily spend hours watching SpongeBob SquarePants, a combination that perfectly captures his quirky personality.
He's also admired for his incredible work ethic. As the first trainee to join the company, Q helped lay the foundation for what would eventually become THE BOYZ. Combined with his exceptional dancing, humble attitude, and genuine friendships with both members and idols from other groups, he's become one of the most respected performers in THE BOYZ.
