Born Park Ji Sung on February 5, 2002, in Mia-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, Jisung entered the entertainment industry at an early age. Before becoming an idol, he worked as a child actor, appearing in films including Boys, Be Curious (2012) and Go, Stop, Murder (2013). He also trained as a dancer with the Poppin' Hyun Joon Kids Crew, where he developed the exceptional dance skills that would later define his career. After impressing audiences on the dance competition program Dancing 9 while in fifth grade, he was scouted by SM Entertainment.
Jisung debuted with NCT DREAM on August 25, 2016, quickly earning recognition as the group's main dancer and youngest member. As he grew older, he became known not only for his technical precision and smooth dance style but also for his soft-spoken personality and quiet sense of humor. Although he initially gained attention as the adorable maknae, Jisung has matured into one of NCT DREAM's strongest performers while continuing to expand his work with NCT U.

Fans adore Jisung for the contrast between his incredible stage presence and his shy personality. On stage, he delivers powerful, highly technical performances that consistently place him among K-pop's best dancers. Off stage, however, he's gentle, humble, and often adorably awkward, creating countless memorable moments with both the members and fans.
Jisung is also admired for growing up in front of fans' eyes. Having debuted at just fourteen years old, supporters have watched him evolve from NCT's youngest member into a confident adult performer. His dedication to improving his vocals, dancing, and overall artistry has made his journey one of the most rewarding for longtime NCTzens to follow.
