Seongmo

Nam Seongmo (남성모), known professionally as Seongmo (성모), is a South Korean rapper, songwriter and member of the K-pop boy group 82MAJOR. He was born on April 19, 2004, and was one of the group's longest-training members, spending approximately three and a half years as a trainee at the company before 82MAJOR's debut. He was also part of the group's pre-debut activities before officially debuting with 82MAJOR on October 11, 2023, with the single album ON. Seongmo has described himself as an easygoing but passionate person who has loved both sports and making music from a young age.

Alongside performing, Seongmo is actively involved in 82MAJOR's music. Like the other members, he participates in the group's creative process and has worked on songs including "82" and the pre-debut track "Summer Love." His interest in music extends beyond his own parts: he has enthusiastically praised Dogyun's vocals and recommended "Summer Love" partly because he wanted more people to hear them. Seongmo has also expanded into hosting as an MC on Show Champion, an experience he says allows him to study other artists' performances, stage arrangements and interactions with fans up close.
